"We have been to many bike shops and Michiana Bikes was way above the rest. I've had 2 ebikes from other places and it was all about the sale. We were visiting Shipshewana so thought we would go check out this place. I left the store not purchasing a bike as I had one with me I just wasn't happy with but thought I'd give it one more try. Ray gave me some tips on changes that might make my bike more what I wanted. Next day I went on the pumpkin trail with my bike and knew I could not make this one work as well as the Hemiway I had ridden at his shop. Next day I was there to take the Hemiway home. Ray took as much time with me as I needed and went over all the features on my new ebike. In comparison of the other shops I have dealt with, Ray and his son were more willing to take as much time as needed, share their knowledge on a level I understood and answered all my questions with explanation. His prices were fair and he was as honest as they come. The store handles all the extras that you might need with your bike. Great experience. Will go there in the future, unless the bike lasts longer than I do."
